Return & Refund Policy
At Odyssey Atelier, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted. We hope you love your jewellery, but if someting isn't quite right, we're here to assist.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and bespoke reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Custom-made or personalised pieces
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Funds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
